The Charleston Civic Center is located within walking distance of 4 hotels, featuring a variety of room rates. Charleston Town Center, a regional shopping mall, is adjacent to the Civic Center and offers an array of
dining options. Yeager Airport, West Virginia's largest commercial airport, is a five-minute drive from downtown Charleston. Interstates 64, 77 and 79 all intersect within several blocks of the Civic Center.

• More than 30 days prior to first day of conference: you receive your choice of a full refund via check, credit for FH materials, or a future conference registration.

• Less than 30 days but more than three days prior to first day of conference: you receive a full refund via credit for FH materials or a future conference registration.

• Three days or less prior to first day of conference: no refunds available. Sorry - no exceptions.

Yes! You can substitute someone else if you cannot attend. Please notify us 24 hours in advance.
